ABOUT US!
We currently occupy around an acre and a half of land off Indian School and 43rd Avenue. It is a fantastic location in the heart of Phoenix with lots of traffic for every business on the lot.

The main shop is Dr Spray (Earl Scheib rebranded) full service auto body repair shop. The second shop that recently came on board is Chris King Tires, which is a full service tire shop that sells new and used tires along with rim and tire packages.
​
We are looking for any kind of shop, preferrably non-startups or a business expanding its locations. We have a 2 bay and 3 bay building to choose from. The 2 bay can fit 2 cars with plenty of room to work around them. The 3 bay building can fit 3 cars with plenty of room to work around them.

There is a large lot in rear for parking.
